Hot Lunch Orders Due Before Monday October 2, 2018

Diefenbaker Hot Lunch Program

FALL 2018

 

ORDERS DUE BY MONDAY OCTOBER 2nd

 

Diefenbaker is pleased to be bringing back our PAC hot lunch program featuring the MunchaLunch online ordering system.

The schedule for our fall hot lunch session is:

October 12 – Subway Sandwiches                 October 22 – Fukuroku Sushi

November 9 – Little Caesars Pizza               November 19 – F.U.E.L Catering

December 3 – Fukuroku Sushi                 December 21 – Little Caesars Pizza

 

NEW USER REGISTRATION:

  • Go to www.munchalunch.com/schools/diefenbaker and click the 'register here' button
  • Fill in your new account information and create a password
  • Add your children and click the green "Order Lunch!" Button

RETURNING USERS:

  • Go directly to www.Munchalunch.com, and login with your existing account information
  • Update your childrens teacher/division and "Order lunch!"

 

If you have any problems logging into your existing account, or creating a new account, please email us at diefenbakerhotlunch@gmail.com and we will assist you.

 

You many order as many or as few hot lunch dates you like. If you have more than one child in the school you will order for your children separately but pay for them together. Once payment is completed you will receive a confirmation email along with a printable PDF receipt for your order. Email reminders will be sent out automatically the day before the hot lunch date. If you DO NOT receive email confirmation of your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can verify your information.

 

Payment can be made online via credit card.

If paying by cheque please email diefenbakerhotlunch@gamil.com to tell us you are doing so and make the cheque payable to DIEFENBAKER PAC (making sure to include your name, your childs first and last name, division, and teachers name).  *There will be a $5 service charge for NSF cheques.

 

Cheques must be in by 3pm October 2nd or your order WILL BE CANCELLED.

 

There are no refunds as this is a PAC fundraising program. Your support of this program is greatly appreciated and all funds collected go towards supporting school programs, resources, and equipment.

If your child is ill or away on a hot lunch day, please email us to let us know and we can put your childs lunch aside. We always welcome parents/grandparents or siblings to come pick up their lunch.

 

Because hot lunch is a PAC program we are always in need of parent volunteers to keep things running. All we need is an hour of your time twice a month! You can volunteer online through Munchalunch by selecting the days you are available to help.
