January 31st Bulldog Bulletin
Dear Bulldog families,
Please, see the attached Bulldog Bulletin, February calendar, Dates of significance and SWIS finance workshop for families.
Basketball season is in its full swing. We have an incredible turnout of more than 60 Grade 6 and 7 students participating in basketball practices and games this year. Big thank you to our amazing coaches: Mr. Pantaleo, Mr. Kerby, Ms. Morgan and M Martyniuk for their dedication and time in teaching our students teamwork, kindness and some very cool basketball skills.
Community fridge
As you know, we have the community fridge at our school filled with a variety of healthy snacks available for all students.
We continue to be guiding our students to make responsible decisions to ensure that there is enough food for those who require it. We are helping students learn more about the difference between wants and needs and about the purpose of the fridge.
We are asking for your support in also having these discussions with your children at home. More specifically, help us to make sure that your children eat their snacks and lunch first before accessing items in the fridge. We want to make sure that we have snacks for students who need it first. Thank you for your support.
Have a great snowy weekend,
Ms. Vosahlo and Mme Stevenson
