Parent volunteer appreciation morning on June 19th

Diefenbaker is such a great school community so much because of  your fantastic support. Many of you have helped to organize fabulous events all year, helped with field trips, library, hot lunches and many others. All contributions make our school an exciting and best place to learn for our students. We want to say thank you and show our appreciation with baked good treats and coffee in the morning of Thursday, June 19^th at 8:15 am until 9 am at the front of the school drive through area. Our school Band, directed by Mr. Woods will be playing in your honour on this lovely morning.  Please, save the date and see you there!

Track and Field for Grades 4 to 7

Track and Field Meet at Minoru Park will take place next Wednesday, May 14^th this year. Parent consent forms with detailed information were sent home this week. Please, return them to your classroom teacher as soon as possible. Remember to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your child’s event.  Thank you for your tremendous support of this event in driving students to Minoru Park and cheering them on.  Diefenbaker will be stationed on the right side of the Grandstand. 

Thank you for your generous support of our school’s Walkathon.  The funds raised will be used to purchase technology and equipment for all students. We will be walking rain or shine in the afternoon on May 27^th.
