Diefenbaker Administration change for next year

Our vice principal Mme Stevenson will be moving on to be the vice-principal at Anderson Elementary School. She has been such a wonderful addition to our school and we will miss her strong leadership and deep care for our students and staff.

I am pleased to let you know that Mr. Brian Pantaleo, Diefenbaker longtime Grade 6/7 teacher, has been appointed as the acting vice-principal for next school year 2025 – 2026. Mr. Pantaleo is experienced and outstanding educator who will continue in the strong tradition of school leadership at our school.  I am honoured to have Mr. Pantaleo on our administration team.

You are welcome to attend the Diefenbaker celebration of National Indigenous Peoples Day. 

Bake Sale on Friday

Students in Divisions 15 and 16 will be baking all week and selling their baked goods on Friday.  Your children are invited to bring coins on this day to purchase nut-free baked treats. Thank you for your support!

If your child will be absent from September 3^rd to September 10^th, please fill out the attached Notice of Late Return and hand it in to the main office by June 20^th. Thank you
