Winter Concert tickets

This year’s Winter Concert will take place in our school gym. The classes would like to decorate it for the occasion, and we appreciate the feeling of being at our ‘home’ site as the theme is “Stories by the Fire.”

 

Our wish is for as many parents and grandparents to be able to attend this event.  However, we need to adhere to our gym’s capacity limits in order for everyone to have a safe, comfortable and enjoyable afternoon or evening experience.

 

For this reason, we need to limit the attendance at each event to 250 people.  We will send out a survey on Monday evening at 6 pm, asking you for your preference of time: Tuesday at 1:15 pm or Wednesday at 5:30 pm.  Your first choice will be given to you on first come, first serve basis, based on the time of your response to the survey. Our goal is for everyone to attend at their desired time.

 

Tickets with performance date will be given out to your eldest or only child next week. There will be two tickets given out to each family. Siblings can attend without a ticket.  If we have available space, additional tickets for grandparents or other family members will be released later.

 

We will record the performance and send you a link to view it at your convenience. Students will watch the evening performance on a live stream in their classrooms.  We will also do our best to live stream the performance for all of you, so you can view it on your devices.  We will let you know next week if this is possible.
