Staffing change
Yesterday was the last day for Ms. Lucovic in Division 6. She has done wonderful work teaching her students and we will miss her.
We are very happy to welcome back Mrs.Peco. Today is her first day back teaching Grade 3 and 4 students in Division 6. We are looking forward to having her back on our staff. Please, join us in giving her a warm welcome back from maternity leave and come by and say hello to her.
Bake Sale

Diefenbaker PAC is having a bake sale and is requesting donations of nut-free baked goods. Gluten-free, dairy or egg-free treats (Jello, ricekrispie squares), whole grain and savoury items are also appreciated. Please drop off items in the multi-purpose room by 9:15, February 14th and note what your baking is as students always ask "what is it?"If you would like your container back, please label it with your child's name and division number and pick it up after school.Volunteers are needed at recess, lunch and after-school.If you have any questions, please email the PAC. Students are welcome to bring coins up to $1, sealed and labelled with their name in a small zip-lock bag. We will ask everyone to keep their coin bags either in their backpacks or with their classroom teacher. Students will be allowed to purchase up to two treats only for themselves. Thank you so much for your continued generosity and support of our school.
