Dear Bulldog families,

We are so proud of our intermediate students who participated in Track and Field events yesterday. Thank you so much to all parents and caregivers who drove our students to the meet and even stayed to cheer them on!  We are especially proud of our students’ effort, positive attitude and excellent sportsmanship.

Please, note that tomorrow, Friday, May 16^th is District Professional Learning Day for all staff and there is no school for students.  Also, Monday is Victoria Day holiday and schools are closed.

Visit from Japanese Grade 5 and 6 students in the morning on May 22^nd

This is to let you know the wonderful news that 40 Grade 5 and 6 Japanese students from Kwansei Gakuin Elementary School located in Hyogo Prefecture near Osaka will visit our school.  The students will share with us about Japanese culture as well as present a dance. After that they will be paired up for lessons and spend lunch with students in our Division 3 and 4 Grade 4/5 and 5/6 classes.

Have a great long weekend and we will see everyone on Tuesday,
