This fall our Grade 6 and 7 student leaders had an opportunity to work together with Hugh Boyd Secondary Student Leadership Interact Club. 

Hugh Boyd leaders visited our students and did a presentation on the goals of their Interact Club. They then shared with our students on how we can collect non-perishable goods for those who are less fortunate in our community.

Our student leaders then visited classes and encouraged everyone to show kindness to others by being generous.

Together over 300 goods were collected from our school.  

We will continue this collaboration throughout this school year with other initiatives.
